Parramatta MG sales, service, and parts departments are back to normal opening hours from 11 October 2021, Monday. In concern for the safety of our customers and staff, we will be abiding by the recommended guidance by NSW Health in and around the dealership and service. All our staff at all departments are double vaccinated. We are excited to let all our customers know that our team is back stronger and here to assist in more ways than ever. Few changes and amendments to allocate the safety of our customers are as below:
Showroom:
- Parramatta MG dealership opening hours are: Monday - Friday | 8:30am - 5:30pm, Saturday | 9:00am - 5:00pm, and Sunday | Closed
- All visitors must have proof of vaccination ready to show at the entrance for one of our staff to verify
- All non-vaccinated customers are welcome to use our online click and collect method
- All visitors must check-in through the NSW QR code at the entrance
- Face masks, covering the mouth and nose are to be worn at all times during the stay in and around showroom premises
- All test-drive vehicles will be sanitized before and after every test drives
- Hand sanitizers and cleaning wipes will be available throughout the dealership
- Showroom and offices will be frequently cleaned and sanitized
Service & Parts Centre:
Parramatta MG service and parts center at Parramatta are open under regular opening hours from 11 October 2021, Monday. All our service staff is fully vaccinated. Our team is here to assist you with all your MG maintenance needs and get you going on the road as soon as possible.
- Service & Parts opening hours are: Monday - Friday | 7:30am - 4:30pm, Saturday - Sunday | Closed
- All visitors are to have proof of vaccination ready to show at the entrance for one of our staff to verify
- All non-vaccinated customers are always welcome to use our online booking and contact-free vehicle handover and pickup
- All visitors are to check in through the NSW QR code at the entrance
